Foods that eat more heat

Foods that take longer to digest increase body temperature. Even if the benefit in the winter, but the danger in the heat! This is 'parthenogenesis', which is how your body produces heat as a result of metabolizing food. It contains fat, protein and complex carbohydrate-rich foods that warm the body.

Spices: Eat food every day, every evening with spices in cooking. Body warming spices are ginger, cumin, pepper and cinnamon.

Eggs: Eggs are very useful and essential food. A healthy person can eat one egg at a time.

One of the few harmful effects of overeating on the body is overheating. A lot of protein and vitamins in eggs keep the body warm. It is not necessary to eat more than one egg every day without doctor's advice. It is better to eat boiled eggs instead of fried or poached eggs in hot weather.

Sauce: Sauce adds flavor to food. Foods high in calories and salt and all kinds of sauces should be avoided during hot weather.

Dry Fruits: Avoid dry fruits and dehydrated or dehydrated foods like fried foods, polao, biryani, soft drinks.

Non-vegetarian food: Digestive complications may occur in food such as fish, chicken, beef or mutton, tandoori food. Summer is not the time to eat these. It increases body heat and sweat. There is also a risk of diarrhea.
